Our Surf & Lodging front desk is usually staffed from 7am until 8pm.
If you have not checked in by the standard 3pm check in time, our team will reach out to you via email after 7pm with your specific late arrival check in instructions which will include your lodging unit number, directions to your lodging unit, and how to enter your lodging unit.
Our address is 5347 Old Mexia Road Waco TX and you can check out our site map here to see where you'll be headed when you arrive. All lodging guests must check in at the Waco Surf Hotel Surf Center (#10 on the map). If you are hauling an RV, please park off to the side near the Hotel, Surf & VIP Parking (#6 on the map) and proceed to the check in desk.
Please inform us ahead of time if you know you will be arriving after 8pm.
