If you have signed up online by taking a quiz, please contact us at support@wafflejournal.com to manage your subscription
Simply uninstalling the Waffle app from your device will not automatically cancel your subscription or trigger a refund. You must follow the steps below based on where you signed up.
I signed up via the Apple App Store (iOS)
If you’re using an iPhone or iPad, your subscription is managed entirely by Apple. Because they use a separate billing system, the Waffle team cannot access your payment details or issue these refunds directly.
If you have signed up online by taking a quiz, please contact us at support@wafflejournal.com to manage your subscription
To request a refund from Apple:
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
Tap I’d like to, then choose Request a refund.
Select the reason for your request and tap Next.
Select your Waffle Plus subscription and submit.
Apple provides detailed instructions for the refund process at this link.
To avoid future charges, we also recommend canceling your subscription in your iOS settings.
I signed up via the Google Play Store (Android)
If you are on an Android device, your subscription is tied to your Google account. You have two easy ways to request a refund:
Option 1: Request via Google Play
Visit your Budget and order history on the Google Play website.
Find the Waffle Plus transaction and select Request a refund.
Follow the prompts to complete your request.
Option 2: Contact Waffle Support
Our team can manually process refunds for Google Play purchases. To help us move quickly, please email us with your Google Play Order ID. This ID starts with "GPA" (e.g., GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567).
To avoid future charges, we also recommend canceling your subscription on Google Play.
A quick note on canceling: Requesting a refund does not always stop future billing cycles. To be 100% sure you won't be charged again, we recommend following the steps in our Subscription Cancellation Guide.
