Filtering the Service Locator Map by Province or State

How to scope the map to locations in one or more specified provinces or states.

The Service Locator Map supports an optional stateprov parameter that scopes the map to locations in one or more specified provinces or states.

Before You Start

This feature requires the Map module as part of your WaitWell subscription, and is currently available on the Canadian environment (waitwell.ca) only. US support will follow in a future release.

How to Use It

Append &stateprov= to your existing map URL (which already includes your WaitWell Maps key). For example:

Single province or state:

Multiple provinces/states (comma-separated, no spaces):

Accepted Values

The value you pass must match how the state/province is stored on the location record in the Staff App. All of the following formats are supported:

  • Two-letter codes: BC, TX, AB,BC,MB

  • Full names: Texas,California

  • Full names with spaces (use %20 for the space): Alberta,British%20Columbia
