Wakeout offers thousands of packs—each a collection of physical movements designed for a specific purpose. These packs vary in size, containing anywhere from a dozen to over 100 movements. Whether you need pain relief, an energizing morning routine, or a relaxing wind-down session, there's a pack for you.

The search feature allows you to find packs by name, purpose, tags, or position (standing or sitting).

To get started, navigate to the Browse tab on the navigation bar. Tap the search bar at the top and explore. You might be surprised at what you discover!
