If you're a paying customer with an active subscription but find yourself locked out of the Wakeout app, don't worry! Here are some steps to help you regain access:

1. Restore Purchase

The quickest solution is often to restore your purchase:

- Open the Wakeout app

- On the paywall screen, scroll down

- Tap on "Restore Purchase"

This should unlock the app if your subscription is active.

2. Check Your iCloud Account

Ensure you're signed in with the correct iCloud account:

- The device you're using should be signed in to the same iCloud account that was used to make the original Wakeout purchase

- Go to your device's Settings > [Your Name] at the top to check which account is currently signed in

3. Verify Your Subscription Status

To confirm that your Wakeout subscription is active:

- Open the App Store app

- Tap on the user profile icon in the top right corner

- Tap on "Subscriptions"

- Scroll down to find Wakeout

- Tap on Wakeout to check your subscription status

Note: If Wakeout doesn't appear in your list of subscriptions, it means you're not currently subscribed.

4. Contact Support
