How to create an account?
Welcome to Walbi platform! To get started with using our services, you'll need to create an account. We've made the process of creating an account easy and straightforward with three different authentication options.
If you run into issues while creating an account, please contact our support team at support@walbi.com or through our live chat.
To create an account on our platform you can choose 3 authentication options:
1. Using a Google account, if you already have a Google account linked to your browser, you should just click on the Google option > Select your Google account and then you will have linked your Google account email to your newly created Walbi account.
2. Linking your Apple account, when clicking on the Apple option, you must log in to your account by entering your login and password. After logging in, you will be redirected to our main page where you can start trading.
3. Linking a crypto wallet using the Connect Wallet tool.
The list of available wallets can be seen by clicking on the option:
Connect Wallet > Wallet Connect > View All
Once you click on "Connect Wallet" you will redirected to the page where you can select "Wallet Connect" and eventually search for your wallet.

You will be able to connect to your account through the simple and practical QR code system where you will need to scan the QR code using your mobile phone or through the browser extensions installed in your internet browser.
As soon as you have an extension of a crypto wallet installed in your browser, when you click on Connect Wallet, you will automatically see that your Wallet, which is linked to your browser, can be used to login.
If you don't have an electronic wallet, we suggest you follow our instructions and create an account with MetaMask or any other crypto wallet that can be observed in the list of wallets.
If you wish, you can search for your crypto wallet extension through your browser's extension system.

In the event that you are unable to authenticate into your Walbi account using your MetaMask wallet, it is highly advised that you verify that the MetaMask application is up-to-date in order to successfully complete the authentication process.
