In this article we are going to show you how to make a crypto deposit using Walbi platform.
Deposits can be made in three ways:
Making the deposit using another wallet (Scanning QR code or copying the wallet address)
Using your fiat currency to make the payment.
Using connected crypto wallet through Wallet Connect.
Top up from another wallet
Using another wallet 👛, you can make the deposit after selecting the crypto wallet network. When selecting the network, you can send the amounts by copying the crypto wallet address or by scanning the QR code generated on the deposit page.
By clicking on the crypto currency being purchased, you will be able to select the balance in which the crypto currency will be credited. Changing the balance will automatically change the crypto currency that will be purchased.
Step 1: Select a Crypto Network
The first step is to select the crypto network that you want to use for the deposit. Walbi supports the most popular crypto networks like Ethereum, Bitcoin, Litecoin and many more.
Step 2: Select your Payment Method
Once the network is selected, you will be able to make the deposit using the QR code option or copying the wallet address. Note that if any of those options are not available in the dropdown menu, it means that the network is not supported.
After selecting the option to make the deposit using another wallet, you will be requested to select the network of the wallet , please pay attention that if the deposit is being made in USDT the following networks can be selected: Ethereum Mainnet ERC - 20 or Tron ETR
How to Make a Payment using Another Cryptocurrency
Making payments with other cryptocurrencies is a great way to send and receive money quickly. In order to make this possible, the correspondent network must be selected.
If the payment is being made using another cryptocurrency, the correspondent network must be selected.
When making a payment process that is using another cryptocurrency, it’s important to first select the correspondent network. This can be done by pointing your cursor to the “Network” option among settings. Once done, select the cryptocurrency you are looking to make a payment with.
Once the correspondent network is selected, make sure to double-check the details of the payment. This will include the payment amount, address of the recipient, and other pertinent information related to the payment.
If all the details are accurate, the payment can then be sent. Be sure to review the payment details once more before sending it.
Making payments with another cryptocurrency can be done quickly and easily. The most important step in the process is selecting the correct correspondent network. Once done, double-check the payment details and then the payment can be sent with confidence.
Check and confirm the network (e.g., Bitcoin's mainnet, Ethereum's mainnet, Binance Smart Chain) and use the corresponding wallet or deposit address.
Remember that the cryptocurrency space can be risky, and once a transaction is confirmed, it is often irreversible. Taking the time to verify and select the correct network is a fundamental step in safeguarding your crypto assets.
Step 3: Make the Deposit
If you chose the QR code, scan it using your device and follow the instructions that are shown. If you chose the wallet address, copy it and paste it into the field of the crypto network of your choice. Follow the instructions from there on.
Step 4: Confirmation
After you make the deposit, you should be able to see a confirmation message indicating that the deposit was successful. If you do not see the confirmation message or you receive an error, please contact Walbi Support.
Depositing with fiat (credit cards or e-payments)
At Walbi, we offer many payment providers, to allow you to easily deposit funds using fiat currencies like the US dollar, Euro or the British pound. Below are the steps to start your deposit process.
Step 1: You will need to click Buy crypto.
This option will vary depending on the crypto balance selected on your account.
Step 2: You will need to select your fiat currency and the amount you wish to deposit. After selecting the amount, you will see the equivalent amount in cryptocurrency you will receive.
Please note that the cryptocurrency received is the one used at your Walbi account. For example, if you want to receive the deposit in Bitcoin (BTC), you will need to first select your BTC balance before starting the deposit process.
After confirming the amount that you will deposit and receive, the recommended payment method that can be used to complete the payment using the selected fiat currency.
Step 3: You will see all providers that can be used to make the payment.
The list of providers may vary depending on the fiat currency, crypto currency being purchased and payment method.
In the bottom corner of your screen, you can select the method that will be used, local payment methods according to the fiat currency that will be used will be available in the list of payment methods.
When you change your payment method, the list of available providers will also change, so you can choose your favorite method and the provider with the best price and fees.
It is worth remembering that each payment provider and selected form of payment has its respective fees that may influence the final amount that will be credited to your account.
Connect Wallet
Using the balance of your crypto wallet already linked to your account in a practical and simple way. When accessing the deposit menu, you will be able to see, through wallet connect system, the option to deposit in your account through the wallet that is already connected to your account.
As soon as we obtain the necessary amount of confirmations of this deposit, the amount will be credited to your account. 🎉🎉🎉
