Change a Client Email Address

Currently, changing a client email address can be performed by Walla Support. If you need to change a client's email address, please send the Walla Support team a message via the conversation messenger or email support@hellowalla.com.

You can use the merge client profile feature to update a client's email address. However, billing information is not merged. If billing information is saved to a client's profile then the billing information will need to be re-added:

  1. Create a second client profile using the new email address. You just need to enter the client's first and last name, and new email address

  2. Navigate to one of the client's profiles

  3. Choose the Actions button

  4. Select Merge Clients to be routed to the Merge Accounts page

  5. Enter the client's email address for the account you do not see listed and select the profile

  6. Make sure the profile with the new email address for the profile under What account would you like to use for this client? is selected

  7. Choose Save
