Transfer a Plan or Enrollment to Another Client

Clients interested in gifting or otherwise transferring a plan to another person can have this done through studio staff by canceling the plan or removing the client from the enrollment, then reselling the plan or enrollment at a 100% discount. Currently there is not a one click way to transfer or share a plan or enrollment.

Plans

  1. From the purchaser's profile, under the Overview Tab scroll down to Active Plans and choose the three dots on the top right of the plan tile

  2. Select Cancel plan and enter the cancelation reason, complete the cancellation

  3. Select Buy on the top right corner of the page and choose Plans on the trop right

  4. Pull up the recipient in checkout and select the plan

  5. In the checkout screen select Apply Promo or Discount and enter 100% under discount

  6. Select Buy to complete the transaction

Enrollments

  1. Select Enrollment Schedule and choose View Roster

  2. Choose the three dots on the far right and select Remove Client

  3. Select No Refund and choose Remove Client

  4. On the top right corner of the page select Add Client

  5. Enter the recipient's name into the Client field and choose Continue

  6. Select Apply Promo Code or Discount and enter 100% under discount

  7. Select Buy to complete the transaction

Percentage payroll pay rates will be affected.
