Intro Offers Report Overview

Easily see the clients that have purchased Intro Offers and where they are on their intro journey, and take action to convert them to a new plan.

Intro Offers Conversion Graph

Select one or more of your active Intro Offers to include on the graph. Inactive Intro Offers can also be selected. On the left side of the graph are the selected Intro Offers. The right side of the graph displays the plans and credit bundles purchased after the Intro Offer purchase. in other words, what plan the client is converting to after the client finishes their Intro Offer. If a client purchased a plan prior to purchasing an Intro Offer then they will not show up on the Intro Offer report.

Hover your cursor over a bar on the graph to see the number plans purchased by Intro Offers conversions. The number displayed represents the number of plans purchased. The graph displays active, inactive, completed, and paused plans. Intro Offers that were canceled will not display/ be accounted for on this graph. If a plan is refunded, it will not be counted as a conversion on this report.

Conversion Rates & Revenue

The Conversion Rates & Revenue section is organized by Intro Offer. Select an Intro Offer to view the plan the client converted to after purchasing an Intro Offer, the ratio of the specific plant type to total Intro Offers of that type sold, projected MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) as a result of the plan purchased (the conversion).

Ratio: Out of all conversions from the selected Intro Offer (the Intro Offer tab selected), what percentage of that particular plan makes up the total plans converted to from the selected Intro Offer. In the example above, out of the the three OM Unlimited & Here for 10 Intro Offers sold, one OM So Lucky plans were purchased out of the four total plans purchased by clients after they purchased their OM Unlimited & Here for 10 Intro Offer.

MRR Gain: This total represents the resulting recurring revenue from the converted plan. If a client purchases a recurring plan or bundle, then the value here will be the client's first payment for that plan. Non-recurring plans will not appear here.

Revenue: This value is the total revenue from the converted plan. Recurring and non-recurring revenue is included in these totals.

Intro Offer Action Card

Select the red Action Card at the top of the page to see the Active & Expired Intro Offers report. This report displays Intro Offers that have not converted. The tiles are displayed and organized by color. The color corresponds to the number of days after the Intro Offer's expiration date. You can take action directly from the report by selecting a tile, then message a client directly from their profile. Or, select the checkboxes on the tiles, then choose copy email addresses to import (paste) into your email marketing platform!
