Prepare for Your Data Migration Review Call

One of the most crucial steps of the migration process is your Data Migration & Plan Map Review call. On this call, your Data Migration rep will confirm important migration details and that your Plan Map is correct.

To leave plenty of time for your questions and migration specifics, please prepare the following items to bring to your Data Migration & Plan Map Review call with Walla:

  • Understand what the Walla Plan Map is and how your Data Migration rep will use this to migrate your data.

  • Review the active pricing options and memberships in your current system. Your Data Migration rep will send reports containing this data for your reference prior to the Review call. Understand how you can accommodate historical pricing in Walla.

  • Please create any plans that you would like to migrate to Walla. We will dive into the details during the call, but this will give your Data Migration rep a strong head start to prepare for your migration.

  • If applicable, review your appointments and let us know if this is something you would like to migrate. Your Data Migration rep will need to know if appointments are either fully paid, or unpaid. We do not migrate partial payment appointments at this time.

  • Please check in and see who your payment processor is. This will give your Data Migration rep the information they need for establishing communication with your payment processor, and bringing over credit cards.
