What is the Ad Creative Studio?
The Ad Creative Studio generates professional ad creatives for real estate agents and mortgage/loan officers. In just a few clicks, you get 4 unique ad image designs (1080×1080) ready to download and use on Facebook, Instagram, Google, or any ad platform. You can also generate short video ads from your images.
Getting Started
When you open the studio, you'll see a credit balance in the top-right corner. New accounts start with 30 free credits. Generating 4 ad images costs 10 credits.
Step-by-Step: Creating Your First Ad
Step 1 — Choose Your Industry
Select one of:
Residential Real Estate — for agents, brokers, and teams
Mortgage / Loan Officer — for lenders and loan originators
Step 2 — Choose Your Ad Type
Pick from proven presets optimized for specific marketing goals:

You can also choose Custom and describe your own ad concept in your own words.
Step 3 — Fill in the Details
Depending on your ad type, you'll be asked for some or all of:
Brand Kit (optional) — Paste your website URL and the system will extract your logo, brand colors, and fonts automatically. You can also manually edit colors and upload a logo.
Property Listing URL (optional) — Paste a Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, or Homes.com link and the studio will auto-import the property photo, price, location, and details. Some agent websites may block auto-import.
Property Photo (optional) — Upload a photo manually if you prefer. Your photo will be used as-is in the ad with professional copy and design overlays on top.
Location / Market — The city or neighborhood for your ad (e.g., "Austin, TX").
Price — The listing price or target price. Required for most ad types. Use dollar format (e.g., $450,000).
Monthly Payment — For mortgage ads targeting affordability.
Offer Details — Any extra selling points, incentives, or features.
Primary CTA — The call-to-action button text (e.g., "Browse Listings", "Get Pre-Approved"). A default is pre-selected based on your ad type, but you can change it.
Step 4 — Generate
Click the Generate button. The AI will create 4 unique ad designs, each with a different visual style and messaging angle. Generation typically takes 30–90 seconds.
Working With Your Results
Once your 4 ads are ready, you can:

Download one | Click the download icon on any image card |
Download all | Click "Download All" at the top |
Edit text | Click the pencil icon to change the headline, subheadline, or CTA on any single ad |
Regenerate one | Click the refresh icon on a single card to get a new design for just that variant |
Regenerate all | Click "Regenerate All" to get 4 brand-new designs (costs 10 credits) |
Rate quality | Click 👍 or 👎 under each image to help the system learn and improve future designs |
Generate videos | Click the video icon to create a short animated video ad from any image (costs 35 credits for all 4) |
Logo Overlay
If you set up a Brand Kit with a logo, a logo overlay will appear on your ad images. You can:
Toggle it on/off
Change the position (top-left, top-right, bottom-left, bottom-right)
Adjust the size
Switch between a white background pad and transparent
The logo overlay is applied at download time — it does not alter the original image.
Brand Kit
Your Brand Kit stores your brand identity so every ad stays on-brand.
To create a Brand Kit:
In Step 3 (Details), look for the Brand Kit section
Paste your website URL and click "Extract"
The system will pull your logo, colors, and fonts automatically
You can manually edit any color, rename the kit, or upload a different logo
You can save multiple Brand Kits and switch between them. Brand Kits are saved to your browser session.
Video Ads
After generating your 4 image ads, you can turn them into short animated video ads.
Click the video icon on a single image, or generate all 4 at once
Video generation costs 35 credits for all 4 videos
Once ready, a play button appears on the card — click to preview

Click your credit balance in the top-right corner to purchase more credits.
History
Your past generations are saved and accessible from the History sidebar on the left (or bottom sheet on mobile). Click any previous generation to view, download, or regenerate from it.
History is tied to your browser — if you clear your browser data or use a different device, your history will not carry over.
Tips for Best Results
Be specific with location — "Westlake Hills, Austin, TX" works better than just "Texas"
Use the property URL import when available — it saves time and gives the AI better context
Upload a high-quality property photo — the AI overlays text on your photo, so a clear, well-lit image makes a big difference
Try different presets — each one uses a different marketing angle optimized for that campaign type
Rate your results — clicking 👍 or 👎 helps the system learn your preferences and improve over time
Set up a Brand Kit — consistent branding across all your ads looks more professional
Troubleshooting
Issue | Solution |
Property URL import not working | Some websites block scraping. Try Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, or Homes.com. If it fails, enter details manually. |
Generation seems stuck | Generation can take up to 90 seconds. If it takes longer than 2 minutes, refresh and try again — your credits will not be double-charged. |
Images look blurry | All images are generated at 1080×1080. If they appear blurry, check your browser zoom level. |
Can't see my history | History is stored in your browser. Private/incognito mode or clearing cookies will reset it. |
Credit purchase didn't apply | Refresh the page. If credits still don't appear, contact support with your browser session details. |
Text on ad is hard to read | Click 👎 on that image — the system will learn and avoid that pattern in future generations. You can also regenerate that single variant. |
