Once your branded dashboard is set up, you receive a custom URL unique to your organization.

This is your gateway to scale.

🔗 Invite Your Team (Simple URL Share)

Inviting users is intentionally frictionless:

  • Share your custom Branded Platform URL

  • Send it via email, text, Slack, or anywhere your team communicates

  • No manual account setup required

When users click the link:

  1. They log in with their Facebook account

  2. Connect their Facebook Business Page

  3. Start running ads inside your branded environment

That’s it.

No onboarding bottlenecks. No tech friction.

What Happens When a User Logs In

Once inside your branded platform:

  • Users must grant all Facebook permissions (required for ads to function properly)

  • They select their Facebook Business Page

  • They gain access to:

    • Your branded templates

    • Walled Garden campaign tools

    • A guided ad creation experience

⚠️ If permissions are skipped, the system won’t function correctly—users will need to restart login.

The Partner Tab (Your Command Center)

The Partner Tab is where Branded Platform becomes powerful.

This is your admin-level dashboard—giving you visibility and control across your entire team.

Inside the Purchased Ads Table, you can view:

  • Agent/User Name

  • Campaign Name

  • Ad Status (Running, Completed, Cancelled)

  • Publish Date

Important: Facebook Page Requirements

To run ads, users must connect a Facebook Business Page.

🚫 Pages owned by a Facebook Business Manager are not supported

If a user runs into issues:

  • They should create a new Facebook Page from their personal profile

  • Then connect that page inside Walled Garden

This does not impact ad performance or reach
