As a Walled Garden user, you have the flexibility to send all lead notifications to any email or phone number of your choice. This includes any inbound CRM email addresses.
To modify your lead notifications:
Click on Account tab of your Walled Garden dashboard.
Scroll to Lead Notifications.
Click on "Add an Email or Phone"
Note: phone numbers entered will receive a text/SMS notification with lead contact information.
You can test your lead notifications by following the Send Test Lead prompts.
