Facebook Lead Ads, by definition from Facebook, allows leads to "simply tap your ad and a form pops up—it’s already pre-populated with their contact information and ready to be sent directly to you. With just a few taps, they can get the information they want, and you generate a qualified lead for your business."

Create Ad

Walled Garden allows you to add custom questions to lead ad forms when the Lead Generation goal is selected. You can ask questions such as "Are You A Home Owner?", "How Soon Are You Looking To Buy?", etc. However, you may not ask for the lead's address, that violates Facebook's policies and your ad will be rejected.

Standard questions asked by Walled Garden are:

  1. Name

  2. Email

  3. Phone Number

You may add your own questions by selecting the Custom Question option.

Breakthrough Broker & Exp Platforms:

Walled Garden implements the lead-generating Facebook Lead Ad for listing ads published from your Real Estate tab.

Walled Garden leads are asked these questions:

  1. Name

  2. Email

  3. Phone Number

  4. How Soon Are You Looking To Buy

The information they provide is then sent directly to your email or phone number, as set up in your Lead Notifications.
