When logging in to Walled Garden for the first time you will be prompted to "Accept Permissions" via the Facebook login prompt. All permissions must be accepted in order for Walled Garden to run ads on your behalf and using your Business Page.

If you modified the permissions granted, or did not accept all permissions, you will not be able to run ads on Walled Garden.

To re-accept all Walled Garden permissions, please complete the following:

OLD FACEBOOK DASHBOARD:

  1. Log in to Facebook.

  2. Click on the ▼ down arrow in the upper right corner.

  3. Click on Settings (near the very bottom of the drop-down).

  4. Click on Business Integrations.

  5. Click on View Edit for Walled Garden.

  6. Toggle All permissions On.

  7. Click Save.

  8. Log out of Walled Garden by clicking the "Logout" button and then log back in.

  9. If you purchased an ad that shows an error related to permissions, browse back to the ad page and click the "Retry Booking" button to complete the process.

NEW FACEBOOK DASHBOARD:

  1. Log in to Facebook.

  2. Click on the ▼ down arrow in the upper right corner.

  3. Click on Settings & Privacy >

  4. Click on Settings

  5. On the left side of your screen, scroll down and click on Business Integrations.

  6. Find and click on View Edit for Walled Garden.

  7. Toggle All permissions On.

  8. Click Save.

  9. Log out of Walled Garden by clicking the "Logout" button and then log back in.

  10. If you purchased an ad that shows an error related to permissions, browse back to the ad page and click the "Retry Booking" button to complete the process.
