Facebook requires that all ads be placed using a Business Page. If you are not the Admin of a business page, or do not have a business page, fear not. Follow these simple steps to get a Business Page up and going quickly.
Log in to your Facebook profile
Click on this Create A Page shortcut
Select "Business or Brand"
Name your Page
Category - begin typing "Real Estate" and select applicable category
Complete additional prompts.
Note: Facebook puts a mandatory 48 hour advertising hold on all new Business Pages. You will need to wait this period before attempting to run an ad on Walled Garden.
Profile photos:
You will need to add a profile photo as well as a cover photo (the large photo at the top of the page). Here are the dimensions for those photos: Get Dimensions
