You can try out all features during the free 14-day trial. Of course, any settings you try during this period will be kept intact once you start a paid plan.

Subscriptions & Event Passes
There are two types of plans available depending on your use case:
30-Day Event Passes: non-recurring plan, one-time payment for events.
Please note that the 30 days start right at the time of payment.Recurring monthly or yearly subscriptions: charged each month or year. Choose this plan if you want to use Walls.io for a longer period of time.

The subscription plans vary in the number of social media sources that are included (each hashtag or social media profile counts as one source), content update interval, and the feature add-ons included.

Event Passes
Event passes are offered in two options. Pick the right event pass for your event, considering audience size and features! A complete overview of our passes and pricing can be found on our feature and pricing comparison page.
The event passes vary in max. size of live audience, the number of social media sources that are included (each hashtag or social media profile counts as one source), and the feature add-ons included.

What does max. size of live audience mean? If the number of concurrent live visitors of your wall/widget exceeds this number, they will not receive live content updates. For larger live audiences, please book a meeting with our enterprise sales team!
🏧 Payment Options / Yearly Contracts
What payment options are available?
All our Event Passes, Starter- and Professional Subscriptions can be paid by credit card (VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Discover) or PayPal.
Do you accept payment by wire transfer/invoice?
Please understand that payment by wire transfer is not possible for our Event Passes, Starter- and Professional subscriptions. We do, however, offer yearly contracts, paid in advance by wire transfer for our Enterprise plans.
How can I solicit a custom quote?
We provide custom quotes and payment by wire transfer for our Enterprise plans only. If you're interested, contact sales@walls.io, and we will happily provide you with a custom quote.
