How & where can I cancel my Walls.io subscription?

How & where to cancel my self-service subscription? 

The Walls.io subscriptions are charged monthly or yearly, as an automatically renewed subscription. Since we don't force you into long-term commitments, you can cancel your self-service subscription anytime within the active period

Notice: For policy reasons, we are not permitted to cancel your subscription for you.

You can cancel your subscription by logging in with your Walls.io account and clicking "Manage Account" on the dashboard:

Afterwards you have to click on "Your Subscription" or open this link: https://app.walls.io/me#subscription, where you can find "Cancel my subscription":



Alternatively, you can click on the subscription link you'll find in each of our payment confirmation:


I'm not using self-service!
How & where can I cancel my direct contract (invoice + wire transfer)?

Yearly paid direct contracts have to be canceled manually within the cancellation period stated in your contract. Get in contact with office@walls.io to start the process.

What happens next?

After your Event Pass is over or your Subscription was cancelled, your Social Wall(s) will automatically be deactivated.

  • Your walls will not receive new content

  • Your walls will not be displayed to visitors

  • Any embeds of your walls will stop working

Should you choose to upgrade to a paid plan again, all the customisations you made when first using your Wall with a paid plan will still be in place for you for a year following the deactivation.
