We want all of our customers to love their walls! If this isn't the case, please let us know! Each wallpaper and mural order is quality checked prior to shipping but we're human and mistakes occasionally happen so please let us know if there is something wrong with your order or if it has been damaged in transit.

Our customer support team will likely ask you for photos of what you received so we can troubleshoot the issue. You can send these to hello@wallsneedlove.com. After you've provided photos and our team has reviewed your issue we will respond with next steps in the process.

Our policy is to print what we promise so if we're at fault we will provide a replacement as quickly as possible. As each wallpaper and mural order is custom printed to order we are unable to take returns or offer refunds.
