I'm having troubles with the Excel Offline Exam.
Updated this week

If you are having issues with the Excel Offline Exam (only applicable to users with access to WSP through an employer or university) and can't begin the exam, the main reason is that you have Macros disabled in Excel. To enable Macros, you can watch the video or follow the next steps listed below.

1. After you have downloaded the Excel file, right click on the file - Properties - Check the Unblock - Apply.

2. Open the file. You have the two options to enable macros - "Enable Content" or add the "Trusted Publisher" (recommended):

Option 1: First option is just to click on "Enable Content".

Option 2: Second option is to add the "Trusted Publisher".

Go File - Info - click on Enable Content - Advanced Options - Trust all documents from this publisher.

Note: If you have no notifications showing in the Excel file (like Security Warning on the previous screenshot), make sure that you have the next setting enabled in Excel - Disable VBA macros with notification:

Go to File - Options - Trust Center - Trust Center Settings - Macro Settings - select "Disable VBA macros with notification" option.

Also, please note that there may be security policies in place within your organization. It is recommended to reach out to your IT team for assistance if you are still unable to start the WSP Excel Offline exam.
