You can give role-based access to your team or staff with our Team members feature. These can be revoked at any time. You can choose to give the following levels of access, each with different permissions:

  • Director: Full access, including sending or receiving money and creating cards.

  • Manager & Accountant: View all accounts and balances, see transactions and cards, add or edit team members. Cannot send or request payments and cannot create cards.

  • Employee: Access to chosen sub accounts only. View inbound and outbound transactions in these sub accounts. Cannot see account balance or generate account statements. They can download a confirmation of payment.

Adding a team member is simple, just follow these steps and the added team member will receive an email invite with instructions to login. They can also download the app to access their account on their desktop and mobile.

Desktop

  1. From your Home dashboard, navigate to Team members on the left hand side

  2. Select + Add team member

  3. Choose the desired level of access and enter the required details to add them

Mobile app

  1. From your Home dashboard, navigate to Team members (You’ll find this by tapping on the green button with your initials in the top right)

  2. Select + Add new team member

  3. Choose the desired level of access and enter the required details to add them

Can I restrict a team member’s access to a certain sub-account?

Yes, you can currently restrict access to a certain account for team members added as employees only. When adding an employee, you can choose the sub account(s) they will have limited access to. This can be edited or revoked from your account.

If you would like this option for other levels of access, such as Manager & Accountant, please give us this feedback on our support chat so we know this is important to take into consideration.

Can I give my accountant access to generate statements?

You can give your accountant Manager & Accountant access to allow them to generate statements and save yourself the time doing this.

Follow the steps above to give them this access.
