Order pick-up & delivery. Our drivers will then come to pick up/deliver your items.
Here's how a pickup with Wanda works:
Once you've selected a service, choose a day and time that suits you. You can also order additional services like assistance with carrying or packing. At the chosen time, our drivers will arrive to assist you. You can change your order up to 48 hours before the pick-up.
Add names and pictures for your items:
After ordering, you'll find an overview of your items in your account. We recommend adding pictures, names, and descriptions of all items. This makes it easier to find the box of Christmas decorations or see whose skis are in for servicing. A picture of the contents of the boxes is also a good idea, making it easier to order exactly what you need.
Wanda pick up and store your belongings safely:
When we pick up your items, we label them with customer-id and order numbers. In your account, you'll see the status change from "booked" to "in storage." The items are then transferred to our system where they are sorted by service. For example: storage, queue for photography, or transport to service partners for repair and maintenance.
Place a delivery:
You can easily order a delivery from your account. Choose individual items or have everything delivered at once. If you've ordered a service/repair, you'll receive a notification via email and SMS when it's ready for delivery. Choose the day, time, and whether you want assistance with carrying. Our fantastic drivers will then deliver the items back to you!
All your items are stored safely in our warehouses and are insured throughout the storage period.
