We pick up your items depending on the service level you have chosen in the order. We offer 3 different service levels:

Carrying assistance from the apartment: We pick up your items from your entrance door on the specified floor.*

Carrying assistance from the main entrance: We pick up the items from the main entrance of the residence on the ground floor.

No carrying assistance: We pick up the items from curbside where we can park outside your residence.

*Carrying assistance above the 5th floor: For pick ups with carrying assistance above the 5th floor, we can only carry items that can fit in the elevator. Items that do not fit in the elevator has to be picked up from the ground floor.
