First, choose whether you want to rent a storage unit or pay for storage per item.
If you have a lot to store, it's often more economical to choose storage unit rental, while if you have fewer items, paying per item stored is often more cost-effective since you only pay for the space you ustilise.
Here's how to proceed:
Pay per item storage:
Choose the things you want to store with us. If you do not find a suitable category for what you want to store, you can use the category called "Other".
Once you've added all your items it is time to book a pickup. Choose a date and a time that suits you, the adress you want Wanda to pick up your things at, as well as additional services such as packing, carrying assistance and protection.
Before entering payment information and confirming your order, you will be asked to log in and create an account with us. All Wanda users get an account where you have an overview of your orders, things you store and can order your things home from your account. You can later log in and make more orders directly from your account.
Before we come and collect your items, you must take a photo of each item and label your boxes so that you have a good overview of your things in your Wanda account.
Your subscription will not start until your items have been picked up and sent to our warehouse.
* Storage, transport and packaging (if relevant) are priced per item.
Renting a storage space:
Choose the size of space that best fits your need. We offer storage spaces of 1 m2, 3m2, and 5m2 respectively. If you need more than 5 square meters of storage space, you can book several pickups or contact customer success for assistance. Space calculation: To estimate the space you need, you can calculate approximately 15 moving boxes per square meter. Our storage units are 2 meters high. If you are unsure, it's wise to calculate with a bit of extra space, as furniture often takes up more room as they can be difficult to stack.
Find a suitable time for us to come and pick up your items. We'll pick up and transport your items to our storage facility. All items we collect will be registered and photographed so that you can later keep track of everything you have stored with us on your account.
When you need your items back, simply login to your account and order home delivery. Bring back everything at once or the items you need right now.
Pickup and carrying will be charged separately after pickup. Pickup and carrying cost 800,- including VAT per half hour used at the pickup location. Time used also includes time for wrapping furniture and similar as well as securing transportation.
Before we arrive, remember to pack items that should be in boxes and dismantle items that should be disassembled so that we do not spend time on this.
When you rent a storage space with us, your items are protected for up to 50,000 NOK if anything should happen.
When you no longer need your storage space, you must cancel the subscription. You'll find all your subscriptions in your account under settings > subscriptions.
