Pick-up with carrying assistance - We pick up your items inside your front door. Please have the items ready for pick-up inside or as close to the exit as possible. All items must be prepared for pick-up when we arrive. For home delivery, we deliver your items to your front door/entrance.

Pick-up on street level - We pick up the items outside your home, at the first front door (for example, right outside your door). All items must be ready for pick-up when our drivers arrive.
