Yes, you (or a contact person) must be present when we arrive at your location. You can add an extra contact person with their phone number in the booking process.

If you know you are not going to be able to be present when we arrives, please contact our customer service.

If you are not present when we arrive, and you have not given any notice you will be charged a no-show fee. Our drivers will wait for at least 5 minutes before proceeding to the next stop.
