We deliver your items depending on the service level you have chosen in the order. We offer 3 different service levels:

Carrying assistance to the apartment: We deliver the items to your entrance door on the specified floor.*

Carrying assistance to the main entrance: We deliver the items to the main entrance of the residence on the ground floor.

No carrying assistance: We deliver the items to the curb where we can park outside your residence. From there, you carry your items yourself.

*Carrying assistance above the 5th floor: For deliveries with carrying assistance above the 5th floor, we can only carry items that can fit in the elevator. Items that do not fit in the elevator will be delivered on the ground floor.
