You'll find invoices from Wanda in your profil under Settings > Invoices

Access settings by clicking the round symbol with your initials

Click the invoice icon to access the details.

The invoices are split between one-time payments and recurring payments. You will recognize these sections from the payment summary page when ordering a service.

The reason for this separation is that our payment system doesn't allow us to combine an invoice of one-time payments and recurring payments.

One time payments

One-time payments cover costs occurring once like transport fees, carrying assistance and packing help one direction and fee for narrow time slot.

Recurring payments

recurring payments cover monthly costs like cost of storage pr month, insurance of stored goods or Flex address subscription.

The first time you pay for our service you will pay both one-time fees and recurring fees for the first month. Later on, if you don't do any changes that require transport, you will only be drawn for recurring monthly costs.
