How does share with Wanda work?
You can share items that you store with Wanda to a friend. Press the item, select Share item," and enter the email address of the person you want to share the item with. You can only share items to friends who have an account with Wanda. Once this is done, both of you can see the shared item in your Wanda profiles, and both can order delivery.
I have shared an item, do I still pay for storage?
Currently, the storage cost is included in the owner's monthly fee. Unfortunately, we cannot transfer that cost yet. When the person you share the item to has ordered a home delivery of the item, you will of course not pay any more for storage.
Do I still own the item once it leaves Wanda's storage?
Absolutely. If you were the one who first stored the item with Wanda, you are the owner and the only one who can remove the item from Wanda.
The person I shared my item to has not returned it, what should I do?
Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about it. You continue to own the item, of course. We recommend that you only share your items to people you trust.
Can I book the return of shared items?
Yes! Anyone with access to a shared item can book the return.
