Step 1: Access Settings in Hostaway
Log in to dashboard.hostaway.com
From the left-hand navigation: Click Settings (below Booking Website)
This will display additional configuration options.
Step 2: Open Hostaway API Settings
Within the expanded Settings menu:
Click Hostaway API (second from the bottom)
This will open the API settings page, where you can create and manage API credentials.
Step 3: Create API Credentials
On the Hostaway API page:
Click Create
This will open a new configuration form.
Step 4: Configure API Credentials
In the configuration form, complete the following:
Name: Wander
Partner: Select Hostaway Public API
Once completed:
Click Create
Step 5: Retrieve Your API Credentials
Once created, your credentials will be displayed. This includes:
Account ID
API Key
Important: Keep this tab open, as these credentials may not be easily accessible again.
Step 6: Enter Credentials in Wander
Copy and paste the following into your WanderOS Onboarding Flow:
Account ID → Paste into Account ID
API Key → Paste into API Client Secret
Once both fields are completed:
Click Continue
