Quick answer
You create URL redirects for your WanderOS site from Settings → Website → Domain, scrolling to the Redirects card. Click Add redirect, enter the old path (the Source path), and pick a destination property or page from your site. This applies to all WanderOS hosts with a custom domain connected. Redirects are 301s and propagate within a few hours via Cloudflare. WanderOS also auto-creates redirects from your old PMS URLs the first time you connect a custom domain, so most hosts have a starter set without doing anything manual.
When should I use redirects?
You should add a redirect any time an old URL on your domain should point somewhere new. The most common cases are:
Migrating from a previous website provider where property URLs followed a different format (e.g.

Note: Redirects only work after a custom domain is connected. The Add redirect button is disabled until your domain's DNS status is Active. See How do I connect a custom domain to my WanderOS site? to set up your domain first.
Where do I find redirect settings?
Redirects live under your domain settings.
Go to app.wander.com.
Open Settings in the left sidebar.
Open the Website group, then click Domain.
Scroll to the Redirects card below your domain status.
If your domain is not connected yet, you will see "Connect a custom domain to add redirects." in the empty state and the Add redirect button will be disabled.
How do I create a redirect manually?
You create a redirect in three steps from the Redirects card.
Click Add redirect.
Enter the Source path — the old URL path that should redirect. Use a leading slash and just the path, not the full URL. Example:
/listing/12345.Under Redirect to, search and select either a property or a custom page from your site. The dropdown shows up to 3 matching properties and 3 matching pages.
Click Add redirect.
The redirect is created immediately. It takes effect on your live domain within a few hours via Cloudflare's edge network.

Tip: Keep source paths simple and exact. Each redirect matches one specific path. Wildcards and query strings are not supported. If guests reach an old page through several variations of a URL, add a redirect for each variation.
What are automatic redirects?
When you connect a custom domain for the first time, WanderOS automatically creates redirects for your property pages by mapping the property IDs from your previous PMS to the matching new WanderOS property URLs.
This works without any setup for standard PMS URL structures (Hostaway, Guesty, Lodgify, Streamline, OwnerRez, Track, Escapia, Rentals United). Auto-created redirects appear in the same Redirects list and are editable just like manual ones.
Note: Automatic redirects only run once, when you first connect your custom domain. If you connect a new PMS later, no new auto-redirects are created. Add any new mappings manually.
How do I edit or delete a redirect?
You manage existing redirects directly from the Redirects card.
Edit: Click Edit next to any redirect to change the source path, the destination type, or the destination property/page.
Delete: Click the trash icon next to any redirect. Confirm in the popup that appears. Once deleted, requests to the old path return a normal 404.
Edits and deletions take effect on your live domain within a few hours via Cloudflare.
Important: Deleting a redirect breaks any external links (search results, backlinks, marketing emails) still pointing at the old URL. Only delete redirects you are confident no longer receive traffic.
Troubleshooting
If your redirects are not behaving as expected, check the most common causes below.
Add redirect button is disabled: Your custom domain is not connected, or your domain's DNS status is not yet Active. Connect or finish setting up your domain first. See How do I connect a custom domain to my WanderOS site?.
"Enter a valid URL or path" error: The Source path must start with
/(e.g./old-page) or be a full URL on your domain. Bare strings likeold-pageare rejected.Redirect is saved but not working on the live site: Wait a few hours. Cloudflare propagation is not instant. After waiting, test in an incognito window or clear your browser cache.
Redirect goes to the wrong page after editing a destination property: Confirm the property is still published. Unpublished or deleted properties cannot be the destination of a working redirect.
Auto-created redirects are missing for some properties: Auto-creation only runs at first domain connection and only matches standard PMS URL patterns. Add any missing mappings manually.
I want to redirect to an external URL (off-site): The UI currently supports redirecting to your own properties or custom pages only. To redirect to an external site, contact Wander support.
Wildcards or query strings are not matching: Redirects match exact paths. Add a separate redirect for each variation of an old URL.
