Wanderu is a 3rd party provider an unable to modify, rebook or exchange any Go Buses tickets. However, we are happy to issue a refund so that you can purchase another ticket of your choice!
To cancel your Go Buses ticket via the Wanderu app, please log into your account and click on your Go Buses upcoming trip. If you do not have an account you can create one here:
Once you open your upcoming trip information you can follow the prompts to cancel your ticket, your refund will automatically process. Funds can take up to 2-3 business days to be returned, depending on your bank.
Please note: All tickets are completely non-refundable and non-exchangeable if a cancellation is made after Go Buses 48 hour cancellation window.
Cancellation request must be submitted either via the app, or online with us at email@example.com or with Go Buses by phone at 1 (855) 888-7160 or online at https://www.gobuses.com/contact-us/, no less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you belong to one of Go Buses Silver, Gold or Platinum reward tiers, please contact them directly for more information on how you can cancel your ticket. If they approve your refund we will be notified.
