A lot of people, after they redeem their card, say “we need more info to redeem your card”.It does not mean that your card is used, it means that your card has not been activated properly, your money is still in your card, but the system cannot redeem your card.
To avoid this, make sure your card is purchased from an authorized store and is activated properly.
Currently, giftcard8 has nothing to do with cards that are not activated.
