If you no longer wish to use Warmly, here's what you need to do to delete your account.
Account Deletion
Warmly is compliant with both GDPR and CCPA and as such, processes all requests for data deletion according to these guidelines.
Click on the You tab
Click on Settings in the Corner
Scroll down until the Logout button
Click the Delete account
We will confirm with you once the data deletion request has been processed.
Calendar Signatures Heads Up: If you’ve enabled our Calendar signatures feature, we don’t delete them off previous and recurring events. We simply don’t add anymore.
Remove Google Third-Party Access
When you set up Warmly, you granted access to your Google Account. To remove Warmly, you'll want to remove that access. Doing this prevents Warmly from accessing any more info from your Google Account.
Go to the Security section of your Google Account.
Under “Third-party apps with account access,” select Manage third-party access.
Select the app or service you want to remove.
Select Remove Access.
Remove Warmly from Zoom
If you were using Warmly in Zoom, you'll want to uninstall Warmly there as well.
Select Uninstall next to "AI Business Cards by Warmly."
Select your uninstall reason.
Select Uninstall.
