Final Step: Completing Your A2P 10DLC Campaign Registration - Step 5

You’re almost there! Learn how to finalize your SMS campaign setup so you can start texting and calling from GoHighLevel.

Step 1: Check Your A2P Brand Verification

By now, you should have received an email confirming that your A2P Brand Registration has been approved.

To check your status:

1️⃣ Go to SettingsPhone Numbers
2️⃣ Click Trust Center (top menu)
3️⃣ Your A2P Brand should now show as Verified

If it’s not approved, check for:
❌ Incorrect EIN or business details
❌ Missing privacy policy or opt-in proof


Step 2: Start Your A2P Campaign Registration

📌 Campaign Registration is the final step before you can send SMS messages legally.

1️⃣ In the Trust Center, click “Start Campaign Registration”
2️⃣ Review all pre-filled information (from your Brand Registration)
3️⃣ Ensure you have a privacy policy link and opt-in proof
4️⃣ Click Submit


Step 3: Wait for Campaign Approval

⏳ Approval usually takes 3-7 business days but can be quicker.
🚨 Important: If your campaign is rejected, check for:

  • Missing privacy policy or opt-in link

  • Incorrect campaign details

Once approved, you’re fully set up and can start sending texts & making calls! 🎉
