What is the GoHighLevel Dashboard?

The dashboard is your business command center, giving you a real-time snapshot of your sales, leads, appointments, and marketing performance.

Navigating the Dashboard

📌 Left Sidebar Menu: Navigate to different sections of GoHighLevel
📌 Time Filter (Top Right): Select date ranges (last 7 days, this month, all time, etc.)
📌 Widgets: Customizable sections displaying key business data


Customizing Your Dashboard

You can add, remove, or rearrange widgets to display only the metrics important to your business.

To Remove a Widget:

1️⃣ Click the three dots (⋮) on the widget
2️⃣ Select "Delete"
3️⃣ Click Save Changes

To Add a Widget:

1️⃣ Click "Edit Dashboard"
2️⃣ Choose from categories like Contacts, Appointments, Sales, Calls, Emails, Website Visitors, Tasks
3️⃣ Select a metric (e.g., "Total Appointments Last Month")
4️⃣ Click Save Changes

📌 Pro Tip: If you have a team, create multiple dashboards (Sales, Marketing, Calls, etc.) for different roles.


Key Metrics You Can Track

📊 Contacts: New leads, lead sources, top tags
📊 Appointments: Booked calls, meetings, estimates
📊 Opportunities (Sales Pipeline): Track deal progress (covered in another video)
📊 Emails & SMS: Open rates, delivery rates, campaign performance
📊 Calls: Inbound & outbound call tracking
