What is the Conversations Tab?

The Conversations tab is your centralized hub for communicating with leads and customers. You can send and receive:
Text messages (SMS & WhatsApp)
Emails
Phone calls & voicemails
Facebook & Instagram messages
Google messages & live chat

Everything is tracked in one thread so you never lose context!

Navigating the Conversations Tab

When you open the Conversations tab, you’ll see three main sections:

1️⃣ Left Column: Message List & Filters

📌 See all conversations at a glance (unread messages are highlighted).
📌 Filter messages by type (inbound, outbound, unread, assigned users, etc.).
📌 Choose specific channels (SMS, email, calls, WhatsApp, etc.).

💡 Tip: Click the star icon ⭐ to save important conversations for later!

2️⃣ Middle Column: Active Conversation Window

📩 View full message history with a contact.
✍️ Reply via any available channel (SMS, email, etc.).
📎 Attach files, send emojis, or use pre-written snippets.
💳 Request payments directly from the conversation!
Schedule messages to send later.

💡 Internal Comments: Leave private notes for your team that customers won’t see.

3️⃣ Right Column: Contact Details & Actions

👤 View contact info (email, phone, tags, etc.)
🔄 Check automations they’re in (in case they got added to the wrong workflow).
🔕 DND (Do Not Disturb) settings – Stop unwanted messages/calls.
📅 Book appointments, update deals, create tasks & notes without leaving the page.

💡 Tip: Need to block a spammy contact? Mark them as "DND Inbound" to stop all messages from them! 🚫
