1. Snippets: Save Time with Pre-Written Responses

What are snippets?
Snippets are pre-written text responses that help your team quickly answer FAQs in the conversations tab. Instead of manually typing the same response over and over, you can insert a snippet with one click.

How to Use Snippets

💬 Common use cases:

  • Business hours: "Our office is open Monday–Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM."

  • Service areas: "We currently serve [City 1], [City 2], and surrounding areas."

  • Pricing: "Our basic package starts at $99. Let me know if you'd like more details!"

How to Create a Snippet

1️⃣ Go to MarketingSnippets.
2️⃣ Click Add Snippet.
3️⃣ Choose between text or email.
4️⃣ Add a name (e.g., "Office Hours").
5️⃣ Write your pre-set message.
6️⃣ (Optional) Insert merge tags ({{contact.first_name}}) for personalization.
7️⃣ Click Save.

💡 Pro Tip: Organize snippets into folders (e.g., "Email Replies" vs. "Text Replies") to keep them easy to find.

2. Countdown Timers: Create Urgency & Boost Conversions

What are countdown timers?
Countdown timers visually display a time limit on emails, funnel pages, and checkout pages, helping increase conversion rates by creating urgency.

Best Use Cases for Countdown Timers

🔥 Flash sales (e.g., “50% off for the next 24 hours!”).
🎟️ Event registrations (e.g., “Only 3 hours left to register for our webinar!”).
🛒 Limited-time offers (e.g., “Cart expires in 12 hours!”).

How to Create a Countdown Timer

1️⃣ Go to MarketingCountdown Timers → Click New Timer.
2️⃣ Select a design template (Minimalist, Bold, etc.).
3️⃣ Choose Fixed, Recurring, or Dynamic mode:

  • Fixed: Ends at a specific date/time.

  • Recurring: Loops for each visitor.

  • Dynamic: Adjusts based on when the email is opened.
4️⃣ Set your expiration actions (e.g., redirect to a "Sorry, you missed it" page).
5️⃣ Customize styling (colors, fonts, etc.).
    6️⃣ Click Save.

💡 Where can you use countdown timers?

  • 📩 Emails (embed the timer inside an email campaign).

  • 🌐 Funnels & websites (add via the drag-and-drop builder).

  • 📌 External websites (copy & paste an embed code).

3. Trigger Links: Track Clicks & Automate Actions

What are trigger links?
Trigger links are trackable links that fire automations when clicked. Unlike regular links, trigger links allow you to see exactly who clicked and take automated actions based on their behavior.

Best Use Cases for Trigger Links

🔗 Webinar registrations – If someone clicks but doesn’t register, follow up.
🛍️ Abandoned cart recovery – If a lead clicks but doesn’t buy, send them a discount.
📩 Follow-ups – If a contact clicks an offer but doesn’t book, send a reminder.

How to Create a Trigger Link

1️⃣ Go to MarketingTrigger Links → Click Add Link.
2️⃣ Name the trigger link (e.g., "Webinar Registration Click").
3️⃣ Enter the URL where the link should direct people.
4️⃣ Click Save.

Now, when sending an email or SMS, select Insert Trigger Link instead of a regular hyperlink.

Advanced Trigger Link Automation

Trigger links can start automations based on clicks.

Example:

  1. A lead clicks a webinar registration link.

  2. The system tags them as "Interested".

  3. If they don’t register within 24 hours, an automation sends a reminder.

  4. If they register, they’re added to a confirmation email sequence.

💡 Pro Tip: Use trigger links inside SMS and emails to get real-time insights on engagement.
