1. Start with the Overview

  • Watch the intro video by Josh or read the transcript.

  • This gives you a high-level understanding of the module.

  • Click Next to continue.


2. Complete the Scripting Section

  • Watch the scripting video or read the transcript.

  • Learn how scripting can increase your average ticket.

  • Enter the percentage increase you believe scripting can achieve.

  • Click Next.


3. Move to Cross-Selling

  • Review the video or transcript on cross-selling.

  • Enter your estimated percentage increase from cross-selling.

  • Click Next.


4. Continue to Upselling

  • Watch or read the upselling content.

  • Input your estimated percentage increase from upselling.

  • Click Next.


5. Explore Decoy Offers

  • Review the decoy offer video or transcript.

  • Enter your estimated percentage increase from decoy offers.

Each percentage is separate—do not combine them.

  • Click Next to proceed.


6. Watch the Recap

  • View the short 2-minute recap video or read the transcript.

  • This reinforces everything you’ve learned so far.


7. Add Ideas to Your Plan

  • Click ā€œAdd More Ideasā€.

  • Browse through available idea pages.

  • For each idea:

    • Click Add

    • Enter estimated hours to complete

    • Click Add to Plan

  • Once finished, click Close.


8. Review Your Plan

  • Your selected ideas will appear below.

  • Watch the supporting video for more guidance.


9. Optional: Nerd Mode Bonus

10. Move to the Next Section
