Overview

The Referrals module helps you identify and plan different types of referral opportunities to grow your business. You’ll move through several short lessons, each with a video, transcript, and action step.


Step-by-Step Guide

1. Start the Referrals Module

  • After completing:

    • Welcome

    • Price

    • Average Ticket

  • You’ll automatically enter the Referrals module

2. Patron Referrals

Learn how existing customers can refer new business.

What to do:

  1. Watch the video or read the transcript

  2. Scroll down to the input box

  3. Enter your ideas for patron referrals

  4. Click Next


3. Partner Referrals

Understand how partnerships can generate referrals.

What to do:

  1. Watch the video or read the transcript

  2. Fill out the box estimating:

    • How many referrals you can get per month

  3. Click Next


4. Proof Referrals

Discover how social proof can drive referrals.

What to do:

  1. Watch the video or read the transcript

  2. Complete the input box with your ideas

  3. Click Next


5. Puddle Jumping

Learn how to leverage networks and connections for referrals.

What to do:

  1. Watch the video or read the transcript

  2. Fill out the box with your responses

  3. Click Next

6. Referrals Recap & Ideas

This section helps you organize and expand your referral strategies.

What to do:

  1. Watch the recap video or read the transcript

  2. Click “Add More Ideas”

  3. For each idea:

    • Select a category

    • Estimate how many hours it will take

  4. Add as many ideas as you’d like

  5. Click Close

✔ Your ideas will appear below, similar to previous modules
