Phases 6 and 7 turn strategy into execution.

By this point in the course, you’ve identified revenue opportunities across all four FRAP levers. Now it’s time to prioritize your ideas and begin implementing them in the real world.

Phase 6 — Plan

Overview

The Plan phase combines everything you selected throughout Phases 2–5 into one working strategy.

You’ll see:

  • Your projected profit increase

  • Your selected ideas

  • Your implementation priorities

  • Your overall roadmap

This is where your Rough Draft Profit Plan comes together.

Completing this phase also unlocks an achievement badge.

What to focus on

As you review your plan:

  • Prioritize fast wins first

  • Avoid trying to implement everything simultaneously

  • Focus on momentum and consistency

  • Choose strategies your team can realistically support

Phase 7 — Implement

Browse Ideas

Browse Ideas is your complete FRAP strategy library.

You can:

  • Revisit ideas you skipped earlier

  • Explore additional strategies

  • Research implementation approaches

  • Add new initiatives later

Ideas are organized by:

  • Price

  • Average Ticket

  • Referrals

  • Frequency

My Implementation List

Your Implementation List contains every strategy you selected throughout onboarding.

This becomes your operational roadmap moving forward.

From here you can:

  • Track progress

  • Mark items complete

  • Add notes

  • Reprioritize initiatives

  • Review implementation status

Best practices for implementation

  • Start with 2–3 initiatives at a time

  • Focus on consistency over speed

  • Build systems before scaling

  • Review your implementation list regularly

  • Celebrate completed milestones

Completing the course
