Ask DaVinci is your AI business advisor inside Profit Academy.

Unlike a generic chatbot, DaVinci already understands your business context — including your services, customer avatars, and offers — so it can provide guidance tailored specifically to your business.

The more context you provide, the more useful and actionable the responses become.

What DaVinci can help you with

DaVinci is designed to help service business owners solve real business problems quickly.

Common use cases

  • Pricing strategy

  • Referral systems

  • Hiring decisions

  • Offer positioning

  • Competitor analysis

  • Team management

  • Marketing ideas

  • Customer communication

  • Business planning

Example questions you can ask

Pricing

“How should I introduce a price increase to existing clients?”

Referrals

“What’s the best way to ask customers for referrals without sounding awkward?”

Hiring

“What should I look for when hiring my first employee?”

Competitor research

“What are my local competitors charging?”

Team execution

“How do I get my team to consistently use upsell scripts?”

If it’s a business question, DaVinci can usually help you think through it.

How to open Ask DaVinci

To access DaVinci:

  1. Open the left sidebar

  2. Click Ask DaVinci

This opens a new AI conversation.

To start fresh at any time, click the + New button at the top of the page.

How to get better answers

The best results come from giving DaVinci clear context.

Better example

Instead of asking:

“How do I get more referrals?”

Try:

“I run a residential lawn care company in Austin serving homeowners aged 40–60. What’s the best referral strategy for this type of customer?”

The more specific your situation is, the more personalized the response becomes.

Two optional AI settings

Above the message input, you’ll see two optional settings.

Web Search (Public)

When enabled, DaVinci can search the web before responding.

This is useful for:

  • Competitor research

  • Market trends

  • Current pricing benchmarks

  • Local business information

  • SEO research

Use this setting whenever fresh or location-based information matters.

Smart Model

The Smart Model toggle enables a more advanced AI model for deeper reasoning tasks.

Use this for:

  • Complex strategy questions

  • Multi-step planning

  • Hiring decisions

  • Offer positioning

  • Long-term business planning

If the question requires nuance or deeper analysis, Smart Model is recommended.

When you open Ask DaVinci, you’ll see several prompt shortcut cards beneath the greeting.

These shortcuts launch structured workflows for common business tasks.

Examples include:
