How FRAP Chapters work
Most chapters contain between 5–20 business owners.
Members typically:
Serve similar customer types
Operate in the same geographic area
Work in non-competing industries
This allows members to confidently recommend each other without conflict.
What are swaps?
The core activity inside a chapter is called a swap.
A swap is a structured cross-promotion between chapter members.
Examples include:
Email recommendations
Newsletter features
Social media shoutouts
Referral introductions
Promotional partnerships
The goal is to introduce trusted local businesses to existing customer audiences.

How to join a chapter
Chapters are managed by a Chapter Leader.
To join a chapter:
Your account must be assigned to a chapter
Assignment can be completed by your Chapter Leader or the Profit Academy team
Once assigned, your chapter tools become active with live data.
Preview mode
If you haven’t joined a chapter yet, the app displays a preview mode with sample data.
This allows you to explore the chapter tools before becoming an active member.
