The Chapter Roster displays all active members inside your FRAP Chapter.

It’s designed to help you quickly understand:

  • Who’s in your chapter

  • What businesses they run

  • How to contact them

  • Who you may want to collaborate with

The roster is more than a directory — it’s the foundation of your local referral network.

How to access the roster

To open your roster:

  1. Click FRAP Chapter in the left sidebar

  2. Select Chapter

If your account is assigned to a chapter, you’ll see live member data.

If you’re still in preview mode, you’ll see sample data instead.

What information appears in the roster

Each member card includes:

  • Full name

  • Business name

  • Contact button

This makes it easy to quickly identify potential referral or collaboration opportunities.

Building stronger referral relationships

The most successful chapter members go beyond simple transactional swaps.

They take time to:

  • Learn about each business

  • Understand what makes members unique

  • Build genuine trust

  • Refer confidently and accurately

The stronger your relationships become, the more valuable your chapter network becomes over time.
