Social Media Integration Guide

Step 1: Connecting Your Social Networks

You can connect up to four social networks to BattleBot:

  • Facebook Business Page

  • Google Business

  • Instagram

  • LinkedIn (personal or business accounts)

How to Connect:

  1. Click on the icon of the social network you want to connect.

  2. A new page will open.

  3. Log in to the chosen social network and follow the prompts to connect it to BattleBot.

  4. Repeat for any additional networks you want to connect.

Creating and Posting Content

Once your networks are connected, you can start creating and posting content.

Steps to Create Content:

  1. Click on Create and Post Content.

  2. Select the Social Post tile.

  3. Choose the platform you want to create content for from the drop-down menu.

  4. Click Auto Generate Ideas to have BattleBot create a week's worth of content tailored to your business.

Customizing and Scheduling Posts:

  • Review the generated posts.

  • If you want to add images, click Add Image and choose from the AI-generated drafts or create a new one.

  • To add a video, use the Add Video option.

  • Set the posting time and date by clicking Schedule Post.

  • If you don't like a post, you can edit it or click Generate Ideas to get new suggestions.

Managing Your Scheduled Posts

You can view and manage all your scheduled posts easily.

Viewing Scheduled Posts:

  1. Click on the Manage Posts tab.

  2. Use the Calendar View to see all posts at a glance. Each platform is color-coded:

    • Instagram: Orange

    • Facebook: Blue

    • LinkedIn: Bluish-green

    • Google: Yellow

  3. Click on any post to edit, delete, or reschedule it.

Advanced Features

Social Presence Management:

  • Social Analytics: View detailed analytics for each connected platform.

  • Manage Reviews: Reply to reviews from platforms like Google directly within BattleBot.

SEO Audit Report:

  • Generate a 10-page SEO audit report for your website to enhance your online presence.
