This system helps you determine the number of leads, estimates, and quality conversations needed each week to meet your revenue goals. You can choose between a simple overview or dive into detailed analytics with the "nerd mode" option.
Simple Mode
For a straightforward approach:
Lead Requirements: The system calculates the number of leads you need this week.
Estimates and Conversations: It also provides the number of estimates and quality conversations required to stay on track.
Nerd Mode
For detailed insights:
Activate Nerd Mode: Click the nerd mode button to access detailed revenue numbers.
Levers and Options: Use the various buttons, options, and sliders to customize your analysis.
Create Money Levers: If you don't see any options, create a lever by going to the battle plan tab and selecting the money lever section.
Setting Up and Configuring Levers
Determine Lead Requirements: The system will tell you, for example, that you need 23 leads this week to hit your goals.
Marketing Activities: It provides suggestions on how to achieve these leads through various activities, such as:
Networking
Facebook advertising
Attending live events
Customization and Flexibility
Editable Options: All settings are editable and configurable to match your business needs.
Weekly Marching Orders: Set actionable tasks each week to close your revenue gap.
Predictive Analysis
The more you use the system, the more predictive and accurate it becomes, making it easier to achieve your goals over time.
