Sending Direct Mail to Employees

Learn how to effortlessly send physical direct mail to your employees for special occasions using the integration with SendJim.

Requirements

To use this feature, you need a SendJim account. If you don't have one, you can easily sign up as it's a powerful tool for automating your mailing tasks.

Connecting SendJim

  1. Navigate to the Dream 100 Tab: Click into a record.

  2. Click the Send Mail Button: You'll see a notification if your account isn't connected to SendJim.

  3. Connect to SendJim: Follow the prompts to link your SendJim account.

Using SendJim for Employee Mailings

Once connected, a Send Mail button will appear in the employee section.

Sending Mail

  1. Access Employee Information: Ensure all your employee details are up to date in the system.

  2. Select Mail Type: Choose the type of mail you want to send, such as:

    • Birthday gifts (brownies, cookies, caramels, Starbucks gift cards)

    • Work anniversary letters or gifts

  3. Verify Address: The system will confirm the employee's address before sending.

Scheduling and Recurrence

  • One-time Mailings: Send a mail for a specific event.

  • Recurring Mailings: Set up mailings to recur annually, such as on birthdays or work anniversaries.

Steps to Send a Recurring Mail:

  1. Select the Send Mail button for an employee.

  2. Choose the occasion (e.g., birthday).

  3. Set it to recur annually.

  4. Click Send.

Tracking and Settings

  • History of Sends: View your past mailings.

  • Adjust Settings: Modify your preferences as needed.
