Step-by-Step Guide to Sending Mail

1. Accessing the Mail Feature

  1. Navigate to Your Account: Go to your Dream 100 account (e.g., "Charlie Munger Dream 100").

  2. Select a Record: Choose the recipient you want to send mail to.

2. Choosing a Template

  1. Click the Send Mail Button: This will open the mailing options.

  2. Select a Template: Browse through the prewritten high-converting letter templates.

  3. Preview the Letter: Click on a template to see a preview.

  4. Enter Address: If the recipient’s address isn’t already saved, enter it manually.

  5. Send the Mail: Click send once the address is verified.

Recurring Mailings

For ongoing communication:

  1. Set Recurrence: Choose to send the mail on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly).

  2. Automated Networking: Use this feature to network with non-competitive local business owners, proposing joint ventures or cross-promotion.

Advanced Customization with SendJim

For more advanced options:

  1. Connect SendJim Account:

    • Go to Settings.

    • Select Yes to having a SendJim account and connect it.

  2. Explore Additional Options: Once connected, you can send postcards, handwritten cards, and even gifts.

  3. Use for Various Recipients: Send mail not only to your Dream 100 but also to employees, competitors, and more.

Managing Your Mail

  1. View Sent Mail: Click on Manage Sends to see a list of all sent, scheduled, and recurring mail.
