Personal Information

  1. Name and Cell Phone Number:

    • Purpose: Allows your facilitator to contact you via text message reminders if you choose.

    • Note: Enter your personal cell phone number, not your business number.

  2. Profile Picture:

    • Importance: Helps your battle group members connect with you better.

    • Action: Upload a clear and friendly profile picture.

  3. Password Reset:

    • Steps: Enter your old password, then type in and confirm your new password to update it.

  4. Email Update:

    • Action: Update your email address by entering the new email and saving the changes.

Managing Multiple Companies

  1. Creating a Sub-Company:

    • Purpose: Useful for users with more than one business, such as a window cleaning company and a Christmas lighting division.

    • Steps:

      1. Click on "Create New Company".

      2. Go through the setup process similar to your primary account.

      3. Choose the primary company that the app will default to when you log in.
